Roughly 60% of the world’s GDP is generated by household spending. At the same time, Covud-19 have shown us the importance of the internet as a societal infrastructure. By looking at consumer internet needs and expectations thus becomes a powerful way of understanding the future. We will look at future use cases and applications, as well as privacy and data use concerns.
